Orders

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?

We aim to deliver your order in perfect condition, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at shop@nubicollective.com with photos of the issue. 

We’ll provide instructions, which may include sending a return label or asking you to dispose of the item. A free replacement will be arranged.

Missing items from my order?

If part of your order is missing, it may have been split into multiple shipments. Please check the delivery timelines for each product. If something is still missing, contact us at shop@nubicollective.com, and we’ll resolve it.

I received the wrong order. What should I do?

If you received an incorrect product or someone else’s order, please email us at shop@nubicollective.com, and we’ll correct the mistake. Note that we cannot edit orders or billing addresses after printing or dispatch.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you need to change your order details, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes can’t be made once products are printed or dispatched.

My order hasn’t dispatched yet. What should I do?

If you haven’t received a dispatch email after the processing timeline, there may be a notification issue. Contact us at shop@nubicollective.com with your order number, and we’ll update you on the delivery status.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for faulty or damaged items. If this happens, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at shop@nubicollective.com with photos. We’ll provide instructions, which may include sending a return label or asking you to dispose of the item. A free replacement will be arranged.

How long does it take to process my order?

Greeting Cards:

  • Dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed before 8pm BST are dispatched the next working day.

Sticker Packs:

  • Dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12pm (noon) BST are dispatched the same working day.

All Other Products:

  • Dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Magnets, keychains, and art prints require 1-2 working days for processing before dispatch.
  • Multiple prints are dispatched together but separately from greeting cards, sticker packs, magnets, and keychains.

What are your shipping times?

The Royal Mail team always does their best to deliver by the next day; however, adverse weather conditions can cause delays—please check their update page here for localised updates.

  • Tracked 24: Next working day from dispatch

Art Prints

What materials are used for the prints? 

Our illustrations are printed on 308gsm Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper, which is made from 100% cotton. The prints feature a smooth texture and a matte finish.

What print sizes are available?

We offer prints in A3 and A4 sizes.

Can I request a custom print size?

Yes, you can! Please get in touch via email at shop@nubicollective.com or fill out our contact form.

How will my print be packaged for shipping?

We handle all orders with gloves to ensure your prints remain pristine. A4 prints are carefully packaged in a cellophane bag with a backing card, then placed in a sturdy mailer. A3 prints are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled into a protective tube to preserve the print.

What’s the best way to care for my print? 

Yes, we do offer custom print sizes! Please get in touch with us via email at shop@nubicollective.com or fill out our contact form to discuss your specific requirements.

Is framing available for the prints? 

No, framing isn't available at this time, but our prints come in standard A3 and A4 sizes. This makes it easy for you to find frames at local furniture stores or other retailers.

Is it possible to license an illustration?

Greeting Cards

Is there a message inside the card?

No, our cards are plain inside giving you full creative freedom.

What size are your greetings cards?

Our cards are A5 size. 

What type of paper or cardstock is used?

Our cards are made from premium Silk 350gsm cardstock.

Do the greeting cards come with an envelope?  

Yes, each card comes with a white C5 envelope and cellophane bag, designed to comfortably fit and protect the card.

Can I send the greeting card directly to the recipient without including billing information?

Yes, billing information isn’t included when shipping orders. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout and add any special instructions in the order notes.

Can you design custom greeting cards or other paper products?

Yes, we can! Simply email us at hello@nubicollective.com or get in touch via our contact form to discuss your custom design needs. 

Accessories

Are your accessories handmade or sourced from other designers?

All of our products are designed in-house by our founder, Jaël Makelemi. 

What are the keyrings made of?

The charms are made from 3mm thick 100% recycled acrylic, with findings crafted from zinc alloy. 

What are the magnets made of?

The magnets are made from 3mm thick 100% recycled acrylic and feature a strong 15mm round disc magnet on the reverse. 

Are your stickers waterproof and reusable?

Yes, our stickers are fully waterproof and removable, allowing them to be used on multiple surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.
